Explore A Little Truth: Fact and Fiction in Family Photography, an intimate exhibition of work by artists who have integrated family photos into their visual language to explore what we cannot, and sometimes, do not want to see in family photography. This gallery talk will be led by exhibition curator Madison Brown, 2023–24 Interdisciplinary Graduate Fellow. 

Programs are open to all, on a first-come first-served basis. RSVPs not required, but appreciated.

About Madison Brown

Madison Brown is a PhD Candidate in Screen Cultures at Northwestern University. Her research explores the politics of amateur media cultures through theories of affect, domesticity, and everyday life.
